Aastrosphere ("we", "us", "the app") is a numerology guidance app built on the Ank Jyotish system of Ank Jyotish & Palmist Pankajj Kumar Mishra. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account info: your phone number, used for sign-in via OTP through Firebase Authentication.
Chart data: your name and date of birth, which we use to compute your numerology chart, daily readings, and insights.
Ask Anything messages: the questions you type into the chat feature, sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a grounded response based on your chart. We do not use these messages to train any AI model.
Circle data: names and birth dates you optionally add for compatibility readings with partners, family, or friends.
Purchase info: if you buy a question pack or subscription, payment is processed by Google Play Billing (or, on other platforms, our payment partner) — we do not see or store your card or UPI details.
Basic device/app data: standard technical logs (crash reports, app version) used to keep the app working correctly.

How we use your information

To compute and deliver your daily readings, chart, insights, and Ask Anything answers.
To process purchases and maintain your subscription or question-pack balance.
To improve app reliability (crash reports, performance monitoring).
To communicate with you about your account when necessary (e.g. OTP delivery).

Who we share data with

Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and data storage.
Anthropic (Claude) — processes your Ask Anything questions to generate a response. Your chart context is sent along with your question so the answer is personal to you.
Payment processors — Google Play Billing and our merchant payment partner, solely to process transactions.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

Astrologer accounts

If you use Aastrosphere as an astrologer, client charts you generate (name, date of birth) are stored to build reports and timelines you request. This data is visible only to your own account.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below — we will remove your chart data, chat history, and account record within a reasonable time.

Your rights

Access or correct the birth details you've provided, directly in the app.
Delete your account and associated data by request.
Opt out of any non-essential communication.

Children's privacy

Aastrosphere is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
